Who we are

Secuabase AI Compliance ("Secuabase", "we", "us") helps manufacturers collect supplier evidence and prepare packaging and PFAS filings. This policy explains what information we collect through secuabase.com and how we use it. Questions can be sent to bugra@secuabase.com.

Information we collect

  • Demo requests: first name, work email, company, product type, markets you sell into and number of product lines.
  • Filing review questionnaire: your answers about products, markets and team size.
  • Call bookings: name, email and any notes you enter in our scheduling tool (Calendly).
  • Usage data: pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, collected through Microsoft Clarity analytics.
  • Emails you send us: the content of your messages and any documents you choose to share.

How we use it

  • To respond to your demo request and prepare the call around your products.
  • To schedule and run discovery calls.
  • To send relevant follow-ups and occasional updates on rule changes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Secuabase:

  • Loops — email contact management for demo requests.
  • Calendly — call scheduling.
  • Microsoft Clarity — website analytics.
  • Our hosting and database providers — to store questionnaire answers securely.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Microsoft Clarity and Calendly may set cookies or similar technologies to measure usage and keep embedded tools working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some embedded tools may not.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and booking information for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it longer by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or limit certain uses. Email bugra@secuabase.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
